Our friends at ESP attended the first ever Ozzfest Meets Knotfest at the San Manuel Amphitheatre in San Bernardino, California to support their incredible roster of artists who played the event including members of Whitechapel, Kataklysm, Suicide Silence, Anthrax, Motionless In White, Huntress, Goatwhore, Sabaton, Amon Amarth, Slayer, and more. The festival was attended by over 75,000 fans who came to celebrate the last ever Southern California performance of heavy metal pioneers Black Sabbath on Saturday. Sunday featured festival co-headliners Slipknot performing their iconic Iowa album in its entirety to mark the records 15th anniversary.
The ESP tent was quite the attraction at the festival as fans got to hang out with their favorite ESP artists and play some of the incredible guitars and basses that the staff brought down to the event. The interactive tent showed off some of ESP’s latest releases in a great setting where fans were able to play the guitars that their favorites artist would be utilizing on the Ozzfest/Knotfest stage.
Sam Ash was honored to partner with ESP to offer special discounts to the attendees so they could have the chance to purchase the guitars they jammed with at the ESP Festival tent. All in all, its safe to say that this was one of the largest celebrations of metal music that the world has ever seen. Watch the highlights below to get an idea of the first ever Ozzfest meets Knotfest experience.
